My mother is a big fan of Marc Cain clothing. Unfortunately, she no longer sets foot in this store. She told me that when she walked in, the saleswoman (who everyone mentions in the reviews below) was standing in a corner of the store with her arms crossed, staring at her as if she was going to steal something. And that's without taking into account the fact that she puts a bollard in front of the entrance to the store, probably to create a sort of exclusivity... I intend to write a formal complaint to Marc's head office Cain, because this cannot continue like this, especially after reading the opinions which precede mine.

We had a very bad experience. The sales lady, while cleaning the stairs, did not allow us to enter ,we had to asked her .After a few moments, she asked in a disrespectful tone, "Do you know this brand at all?"
A good salesperson can get a good customer from a bad one and a bad salesperson will lose a good customer.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST.I had the worst experience shopping there. The sales associate was tracking me in every way. She made me feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.I was examining the quality of the coat. The quality was quite mediocre if I were to be honest. I was wondering the price tag. The sales associate rushed before me finding the price tag and screamed in a condescending tone: 700$! Then, she would track me and every item I touched. She would yell in a the price at every item I touched. Without even me asking for once! Then, she did yell items I did not care about twice. There is no "miss would you like to try this out?" or something like that, only price yelling. It was unwanted and unasked for.After this horrible treatment, I left. It was clear that this lady thought I could not afford the things in here/ I could steal stuff but she is so wrong. I invest in quality and service. Marc Cain has none. You are better off to Holt Renfrew.

The lady clerk/owner was literally following me around the store as if she believed i was going to steal something...Once i entered the store,we greeted each other and she asked me if she could help,i replied "thank you but just looking.She then followed me around the store and seemed annoyed that i was going through the clothes on the hangers...Then started mentioning prices of clothes i was looking at,even though i didn't even ask for the price.
The funny part is that i was dressed in my gym attire,therefore she assumed i was in a store out of my league! lol
Little did this poor lady know,the watch on my wrist is worth more than the entire merchandise in the store.A very disappointing experience,Poor customer service!
