Never had a bad experience like that at my reception. I tell the advisor that I'm looking for leather dining room chairs, she looks at me from head to toe and tells me it's expensive. I recommend fabric. I tell him you think I don't have the means and you judge me by my clothing. Always with a condescending air, she is not at all interested in serving me. I will never return to this store again.

Italian sofa received on December 8, 2023 with damage and several defects. The after-sales service (ext 350 Fara) never returns calls; you have to call 20 times over 2 weeks before someone answers. Deadlines are never respected. A repairer finally carried out part of the repairs on August 15, 2024. For the remaining defects I follow up with the after-sales director Mr. Ahmed Habbi who promises me to 'take charge of my file' and follow up with the supplier . Weeks and months go by and no return calls and he also plays phone hide and seek ?. It’s a shame, we have bought a lot in the past from this store and the furniture is quality; but if you are unfortunate enough to need after-sales service...

I do not recommend purchasing the ONIX marble coffee table, it split in two for no reason, the marble broke right in the middle. This is the type of table that you buy as a long-term investment due to its quality and durability; marble that breaks for no reason makes me think of a manufacturing error. No return from after-sales service.
3 voice messages, 2 weeks of waiting and still no follow-up.

The after-sales service is simply ZERO! We received great in-store service for electric loveseats, which we had to wait several months for. Following their arrival, we noticed damage to the leather (the next day), as well as a defective actuator. We contacted the saleswoman, who suggested we call customer service. After several calls and follow-ups, we had to contact the saleswoman again and she initiated the service call. The technician went to the site as agreed and subsequently received no further news. Again we followed up and they had to replace the faulty loveseat. Once again, no more news for a while and they were supposed to receive the import in January/February 2024. We still have no news and we have decided to let go. After several 10 thousand dollars (dining room, bedroom, living room furniture) purchased at Maison Corbeil et Must, I can tell you that it's over for us and those around us.

I explain to you:
I come to the store twice
The first time for a kitchen table they didn't even come and serve me (I bought from Germain Larrivière)
The 2nd for once a week passes for a sectional incapable of speaking with a salesman (even after 30 minutes of waiting)
I leave the store, I tell myself that I will call because I already know what I want, I just need clarification...
can you believe that since Monday I have been trying to speak to someone to be able to spend my money in your store and that I am unable to get service. Is this normal?
In my opinion NO
I only want to spend and I have no service, what do you think it will be like if I find myself in trouble with a defective Sectional ?
I would tell you that the comments on Google are not always right but in your case you are missing a lot in several places.
