I had amazing service from Simon! He took the time to advise me, even if he didn't have the product I was looking for in store, he dedicated himself to finding it. The manager in store . Mr Martin , horrible , they made a mistake with the colour of the light and said sorry I can’t paint it for you what would you want me to do ? Is this the way you speak to people .
Reply : I understand you are sorry , when we purchased the light ,we were told this colour was available , waited 3 weeks to find out that sorry they don’t make this color anymore , is frustrating . For future clients please assure the colour is available or at lease take the discontinued model off the floor.

Great customer service making sure that we got what we came for. They took the time to sell us the floor models as we needed the lights faster than their delivery dates. Alexander was very helpful. Highly recommend for lighting.

Excessivement difficile d'obtenir des suivis une fois les commandes passées. En magasin, faire des paiements est très long, les multiples employés se sont plaints du système, mais à un moment, il est anormal d'avoir à attendre 20 minutes avec le commis à la caisse pour faire une transaction.
