Had came in for a specific item which they did not have in stock in my size.
Salesman insisted on me trying out plenty of other shoes, which I politely refused.
He then brought them out, besides me refusing, and kept me there for 15 extra minutes despite the fact I told them I was not interested and had to leave soon.
Good salesmanship is a thing, but please don’t drown your clients with suggestions if they are not interested.

The manager Sydney did an outstanding job. Along with his colleagues, he handled a huge order that I had to put together so that a group could all get the same pair of shoes. He made sure to follow up and notify me during the weeks when all of the shoes had been shipped. The whole group loves the brand, the shoes are very comfortable. A good 10/10. Thanks again to the whole team!

I firts went to foot locker and then they were not welcoming, and they didn't have the size of the shoes I wanted to get. so I went to little burgundy, where they had the same shoes the guy who helped me was very nice and kind, he also offered to order a pair of shoes that my mom liked and they did not have her size in stock. I had good experience today!
