WHEW!!! It is a shame to see such an experience in store. The service offered does not seem to live up to expectations, and this may explain why some consumers are turning to other options like Amazon. Staff could benefit from providing clear and precise information, and adopting a more respectful attitude after the sale. There is certainly potential for improvement to regain customer trust.

I just visited the store at 1655 Le Corbusier, I made a purchase but the person at the cash didn't want to give me my receipt of payment. Not even the paper from the debit terminal she said that the store is going paperless. If I wanted a receipt of any kind I have to give them my email!!!
I said no. She repeated that I have to give my email. I asked to see the manager. Then the sales person gave me a receipt. She had just said that they had no more printers. I felt harassed and bullied. Not by the person who served me, but by the store.
I have a right to refuse to give my email and I have a right to have a receipt of transaction at the moment of my purchase.
Very disappointing from a store that claims to have quality products.

Great store for quality homewares. There you will find bedding, crockery, decoration, small kitchen appliances. Really a very diverse offering. I recommend that you take a look there to make discoveries when you are looking for a more high-end item.

Following the message I sent about a bench. I was told to call back to the store and that the manager was aware of it but could not do anything, given that she could not find the bench and that the saleswoman who had to put it aside this bench couldn't do anything either.
After this call and the response from this manager who doesn't even give her name and who treats your customers like nothing, I now understand the 3.5 percentage on the reviews and it's even too much.
Terrible service and a rude manager who is out of place at all for customer service.
A disappointing experience.

I found a bed cover ,unfortunately the price wasn't on the broken package, the person who served me ( aysha ) asked for assistance but again no price found I waited almost 1 hour at the end they wouldn't sell it they promised to call me with the price , they never did ,they are absolutely none excprince management , bad customer service, I will never go back.
