Probably one of the worst places to buy a car, they sold me a car with a sunroof repair that they hadn't told me, I noticed a few weeks after the purchase that water was coming in through the roof is due to poor maintenance of the vehicle.the repairs are estimated between $4000 and $6000 and they refuse to help or pay.Moral of the story buy elsewhere!A: exaggerated I also find unfortunately it is not me who sets the prices but Volkswagen, the inside of the roof is completely rusted as far as I know the rust does not appear after 4 months you knew the problems of the vehicle and you decided not to talk about it

At the sale of the car,The owner promised to provide an inspection report.The owner promised to repair pre-existing problem if found.He didn't keep any of those promises.I found 2 pre-existing major problems and it was confirmed to be pre-existing problem by his mechanic in St-Eustache.To get this appointment with his mechanic took months. The owner didn't response to my text, he was keep saying he is scheduling but but delaying the appointment with so many different reasons even though he says he will take care of it as priority.The owner's actions and his words didn't match at all.The appointment with his mechanic was finally set to 8:30 in the morning one cold winter day. I was almost there and the owner called me to cancel the appointment saying he needed to cancel because his mechanic's one of worker was infected with Covid19 and they all had to be isolated so the shop is closed for 2 weeks. I told him that I understood. Since I was only 2 minutes away from the mechanic's shop, I decide to stop by and checked it out.They were not closed. it was business as usual. His mechanic told me that nobody was infected by Covid19. Wow... if I didn't go there to check, it would have easily delayed by one or two more months.Anyway. I was finally able to schedule for check up for another day which required to leave the car at the garage. The owner didn't show up at the garage when I dropped the car.When I went there to pick up the car, his mechanic gave me repair estimation of $4000+tax for those 2 problems.But the owner told me that the repair estimation was $2000, then he gave me very sweet options right after to choose, to repair or to get a replacement.Replacement sounded pretty good. So I chose the replacement. He said he will take care of it as soon as possible and I don't have to worry about anything.I bought SRX last year from him. He said this car was from another "dealer".I asked for same car in similar condition with similar year and similar mileage as replacement.It's used car so I know that the finding one will not be quick. So I gave him a month and he agreed.But he never contacted me back. He never once gave me status update by himself.I had to text or call him multiple times in order to get a response from him.I was keep asking for status and I did it like once a month try to understand his side. His' answer was always same. Still looking...He says he has 30 years of experience in car business. I guess he now has 31 years of experience but he can't get another SRX with similar condition with similar mileage for almost a year?As I was keep asking for an update more frequently, I was getting impatient and he also looked like getting fed up... He then told me that he can't find any SRX from any place that he liked... And he asked me to check Kijiji myself and send him the link of listing I like so he will check and let me know.According to him, he got this car from another dealer. I felt really ridiculous but I didn't argue because I wanted my car replaced as he promised and also I wanted to see where this was going.He said he checked those cars but didn't like the car.He only answered only after when I ask for status update repeatedly.Another month or so passed by, still no offer no update from him even though I was keep giving him links.When I really pushed him for an update, he literally told me on the phone,"Why don't you go to another dealer that sells SRX and get it replaced, you will get good money for your car and get your replacement faster"WOW, I only laughed. I didn't argue. There was no point.I never expected that kind of response from any responsible business man.All this time, he gave false promises.He never intended to keep any of his promises.I'm relieved that he proved himself to be a fraud.

Excellent service. I was looking for a particular vehicle and I came across this dealership that I didn't know. Having only purchased new cars in the past, my experience with Victor was beyond what I could have imagined. Very courteous and not stressed, we feel good buying from them. For me, never again big dealerships, what a good experience with Laval Auto Dépôt.

I bought my dream car from Laval Auto Depot in April. The car was very clean and in a very good condition . Normally when you buy a used car you go to your mechanic to check .But it wasn't my case because the car comes with an extended warranty form manufacturer.It was an easy transaction with Victor (amazing guy by the way).Definitely recommend Laval Auto Depot .

After spotting my dream vehicle online at Laval Auto Depot, I called and spoke with Victor. It's been a positive, no-pressure experience and I can't say enough about his people-first service! We were ready to purchase and for reasons beyond anyone's control, had to back out of the deal. Instead of being upset, Victor asked how he can help. If we can make it work, we will - but even if we don't purchase here and now, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend buying through Victor.

A big thank you to Victor, because of him and his amazing service I was able to buy my first car at 19. I needed a car fast and with the criteria I gave him he was able to find me the car I wanted in a really short time. I would 100% recommend Victor at Laval Auto Depot!
