Before Lalier was the owner and in charge of existing customers, it was Albi Kia from where my partner and I bought a car.. we had in our purchase contract the elite service ($$$) which includes 2 free oil change per year.. which Lalier did not want to honor despite the fact that he was responsible for the existing files of customers already established at this location so great disappointment all to say that integrity is not always the conductive line.

We saw a lot of bad comments but we all were perfect!!
They told me that I would have summer tires with the car but they realized that they were too worn and they are going to order me more at no extra cost.

I'm shopping for an EV6 pk2 and Lallier Kia didn't have it in stock. The seller makes me try another EV6 model and tells me he can order the EV6 pk2. I told him to give me a price and that I was going to see the model and the price at Albi. The manager gave me an incredible price and after my visit to Albi I came back to make the purchase. I have never seen a salesman so disappointed to see his customer again. He took a $500 deposit just to look good and called me back the next morning to tell me he couldn't find a car. However, the real big dealers have several in stock. After discussion with other dealers the reason is that he cut his prices so much to make his competitors sweat that his profit of less than $300 was not worth making the transaction. All they succeed in doing is wasting customers' time because they are small in the market. The sales manager is responsible for this action. Moreover, the show room is very ordinary with only 2 cars, torn chairs……
Not very inviting and disappointed with my experience.

Don’t ever shop there, i’m posting because a while back i bought a car from that dealership and after i am ready to exchange cars another dealer took a look at my contract and explained to me the numbers. The sales manager a short blond young french guy did a really good number on me. I was new to this country and the way most stuff work but i’ve been here for 4 years now and many people helped me. This little short manager took advantage of me and my ignorance forced me to buy a warranty for 3500$ saying the bank refused to finance me if i didnt. I hope this dealership and group fires him because he is a disgrace to a sales man job which should be helping people. Frederik charest your name is on my contract and you are a disgrace and i will tell all the european people i help when they get to Montreal since i work in a welcome center for the embassy to never shop at Lalier kia
