I called and had to leave a message. 24 hours + no return calls...Customer service is a big 0/10. Really disappointing. It's embarrassing that it's associated with the Kia name because it's so horrible.There is change to be made, this is not a normal situation and it does not seem to be an isolated case.* update: my father left an email and surprise, I was called back within the next 2 hours. ?
