Zéro étoile. J’ai pris rendez-vous pour voir une voiture usagée et 10 minutes plus tard, j’étais sur place pour la voir. On me dit d’attendre 2 minutes. 45 minutes plus tard, je retourne voir la réceptionniste pour lui demander si on m’a oublié. Finalement, la voiture est déjà vendue. Je suis pas mal certain qu’elle l’était déjà avant même que je prenne rendez-vous. Perte de temps totale.

Worst dealer never go there. Completely ridiculous service, stupid and arrogant employees who cut you off and end up insulting you and swearing at you afterwards, purchase of a vehicle with problems but do not want to take care of the repairs, salespeople who will never call you back and a lack manager capable of handling complaints, Director completely limited in any way listening to customers, Never do business there there are so many Kia dealerships in Quebec and this one is added to the list of Kias lacking professionalism . They only want your money! In fact, it would be recommended to simply avoid Kia and go to another automobile brand that offers good services!
HAVE FUN AND AVOID THIS SHADY PLACE.

The service called me back. Although I did not remember the name of the first person who served me, this employee was the first to provide me with quality service. I then spoke to Ahmad, from the accounting department, who took care of my file with great professionalism. I would like to thank these two employees for their help and the work they do at this branch. I advise KIA Laval to hire people of this quality in all positions in the branch, particularly at reception, so as not to risk losing customers. Thanks to them, I will increase my review from 1 to 3 stars.
Initial notice:
This branch has been constantly sending us invoices for almost two years for a part that we have already paid for. Despite our calls and visits to advise them that we have indeed paid, no support has been offered. When I went there more recently, I received a very poor welcome from the secretary, who served me with an unprofessional and stupid attitude, giving inaccurate information. After finally getting the correct times, I contacted the parts department by phone and was put on hold for over 30 minutes, after a simple hello, only to have them hang up without speaking to me. I can't speak to the service of the sales team, but be warned: as an existing customer, the service is far from reliable. KIA Laval, if you really want to resolve the situation, now is the time to prove it. Perhaps such a review will encourage you to better serve your existing customers.

From 5 Stars to 1 – Kia Lallier Has Gone Downhill Fast
My first purchase in 2015 was smooth, but since my second purchase (then third, I had no choice but to buyback), Kia Lallier has turned into a nightmare. They’ve become masters at deception—hiding critical details, inflating prices, and sneakily altering contracts at the last minute. Expect them to rush you into signing before you realize they've messed with the numbers—whether it's the price, the payments, or the interest rate.
Their unprofessionalism doesn’t stop there. They’ll waste your time, aggressively push other products to upsell you, and show zero concern for your satisfaction. It’s clear they care more about squeezing every penny out of you than delivering honest service. I’ve dropped my review from 5 stars to 1 because this place has become a complete disaster. Save yourself the stress—stay far away from Kia Lallier.

Don't buy there. The star is for Charles-Anthony who found us the truck we wanted even though it seemed impossible for other dealers. After this point, the good experience disappears. Ordinary service in front of the financial director, we wait 24 hours to be told that we are going to credit, another 24 hours to receive the information to send to the insurance companies, and we are told 24 hours before taking possession that they will not do not take bank drafts or certified checks. Several calls have been placed for these requests: zero communication.
We think it's finally over but no. My partner arrives on site to take possession and waits 30 minutes before being served. We are told that they prepared the wrong truck! It's an electric truck so the one we bought isn't full: it took another 2 hours to fill it halfway! Could they have taken advantage of this moment to show my partner how Kia Connect works? That would have been nice of them. When we wanted to activate it at home, the file was not complete and we had to call Kia Canada to activate it.
We just realized that they didn't give us any items for delivery and we're trying to contact them. As mentioned above, no way to communicate with them. In the meantime, we will file a complaint with Kia Canada.
Avoid: There are other Kia dealerships in the area and this one is not worth the trip.
