The worst , unprofessional and unqualified staff everrrr. may they are super qualified to work in animal farm in the third world. So what happened I paid for the medication, I waited 30 min and the pharmacist gave a lesson in patience, as well as that the pharmacy was empty, so meanwhile I will speak finally with the pharmacist that she read what is already written on the medication.. so what !!! I wasted my time so the pharmacist can read to me what on it !!!!!

I just want to give some feedback. It's not the employees' fault but rather they need more employees or a better organization. 30 minute wait for another 20 min because they forgot a medicine. 1 hour for 2 medications is not normal. Yet I see the employees running everywhere. It's not working, do something. The employees seem stressed and the customers not happy…

On the afternoon of April 8, a health professional contacted me and informed me that he was going to send a prescription in my name to this pharmacy since I have been going there since I lived next door, and that This prescription is quite urgent since we have to follow up in 2 weeks.
Having not received a call from the pharmacy, I called on the morning of April 9. I ask them if the fax in my name was received since I need my prescription quickly. I was told no, there was no fax received in my name, despite my insistence that it had just not been processed yet. “Impossible, as soon as we receive a fax, we assign it to the file. »
I then call my healthcare professional back to make sure that the prescription was sent correctly and that there was no error. He followed up with the pharmacy for his part: the fax had been sent and was finally received!
An hour after following up with my professional, I receive a message on my voicemail informing me that a prescription has been received in my name and that I must call back to have it prepared. Why was it not prepared de facto given that everything was new in the file? No idea...
I call the pharmacy again at lunchtime to have the prescription prepared, and I am informed that it will be ready by 6 p.m. at the earliest. Luckily it's just boxes to prepare, with nothing to count, and I have to start processing quickly...
Fortunately, once my prescription was ready, the counter service was quick and courteous, whether at the cash register or by the pharmacist during his explanations.
Given the relevant information on the prescription, the pharmacist had left me a copy of it with my purchases. Arriving home, I look at the date and time indicated on the copy of the fax: April 8 in the afternoon. This confirmed to me that the person I spoke to on the morning of April 9 lied to me and never took the time to check if my prescription had been received.
Since this is not the first time I have had problems with this pharmacy, this is the final straw and prompts me to transfer my file elsewhere.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received at the pharmacy laboratory. The staff was very knowledgeable, attentive and fairly quick in processing my prescription compared to other pharmacies. Additionally, they took the time to answer all my questions and clearly explain the instructions regarding my medications. I highly recommend this pharmacy for its excellent laboratory service.
