Super helpful and friendly staff at this pharmacy, being run very efficiently. They really tend to your needs with care and don't dismiss you. The trainees are doing a super fine job. We feel secure and assured coming here! Thank you ?

I was looking for a transparent gel polish, Precilia was perfect. She helped me find it, help find the brand and even the right finish. Good service, the employees are courteous and kind.

The pharmacist Antoine told me in 30 minutes your medications will be ready I said ok I will come back later 6 hours I come back not ready well done. Never be at the last minute with your medications, you risk having them the next day. Half a day to prepare my medications so what do they do all day? I should have stayed 30 minutes so I would have had my medicine.

My usual pharmacy closes at 8 p.m. and I was coming out of an evening consultation at my clinic where I received a new prescription. So I went to the PJC which is located just across from mine.
I was really happy to be able to fill my new, late-obtained prescription.

Great service I went around 10:00 am in the morning to buy some gifts in parfume and make up section and the 2 cashiers Precilia and Jade where very kind and helpful and very patient as well since I was not sure what to buy. In the end a great experience.

The worst service. I was just there to take photos for my son, no one served us. There was no one at the Photo counter, there was another lady waiting as well. We advised them that we need assistance. They called a person that served the lady before me and then the employee left without so much looking at me. I asked for assistance again, they didn't reply nor did they send anyone. I will not return again to this Jean Coutu.

I have been coming here for over a year. Service is sometimes slow, even for online orders placed in advance. There are often mistakes.
In addition, they do not understand the price accuracy policy and ask us to come back on a weekday to get service.
I would rather change pharmacies than continue at this location.

This sewn jean I have never had a problem always had exceptional service from the pharmacists and staff but today wow!!! Leaving work early to go check on a problem already at 8 p.m. makes me say sorry but the pharmacist no longer talks to anyone who is too busy! I want to know the why! So I waited a good while leaving people in their places saying she's going to see me hey yes she my sight and shouting people who want a consultation go to the reception counter so I told her yes but they say you takes more it's going to go until tomorrow only So in a stupid and aggressive tone she says well these see you tomorrow but no professionalism no pi I asked the name of the young person at reception pi its young people back with should take their work more seriously you work in a pharmacy!!!!! Really disappointed really
