Marie-Eve, Norma and Louise are the best cashiers I have encountered at this grocery store. I have always been very well served by them. On the other hand, you have other cashiers or it's disappointing to have an English speaker who doesn't even bother to speak French. It’s always clean in the grocery store, the aisles are clean.
Ps: your new employees should perhaps take the example of the trio that I mentioned above for customer service. Because when I go there late at night, the atmosphere is not at all the same. Your colleagues are clearly bothering them.

Definitely a star. I have been doing my grocery shopping in this supermarket for years and have never had quality customer service. Very discriminatory and also a lot of favoritism. The management team and staff, with the exception of a few, are very far from professionalism and respect since the death of the former owner Ms. Crevier.

It's called recycling!!! (confirmed by another store). But the butcher’s manager admitted to me that it was normal…. Liar !
Consumer friend, there are brands that offer quality meat and 1.5 times cheaper!!! Denounce this type of practice!!

I was a very loyal customer but for some time now I have been very disappointed with this store. Missing several products, the really disappointing deli service keeps these gloves on at all times without even changing them and a cashier who told me even if we make orders of $500 and we are not satisfied it doesn't matter they don't need customers. Too bad because I loved going to place my order there. A beautiful empty department store, a shame for long-time employees who are forced to work evenings and weekends to provide good service for those who don't deserve it. Management should review their priorities!! Customer satisfaction

Buy their “Sterling” steaks and pay $103 for 3 steaks (1 1/2” thick). My husband is a BBQ chef. Steaks was very very disappointing. It forces me to pay these prices for very ordinary meat which is advertised as very good sterling age.
