The management is terrible; I encountered Anna Maria, one of the managers, today, and she had the worst attitude imaginable. I firmly feel that instead of showing up with an attitude and ready to dispute, they should make her attend training on how to handle clients more positively.

I have visited H&M clothing center in many countries around the world .Always clean everywhere .Employees are almost always pleasant , nice and professional.Prices are moderately expensive with many options available for Women and men .H&M branches are almost always huge ones with mostly 2 stories , especially in the Gulf countries .Google maps shows you how many branches available in one city or in one country .

when I visit the employees usually look annoyed and work slowwww… but the other day I was shocked to hear (on the walkies that employees have at cash) the manager SCREAMING “bla blaCAN I HAVE A COPY!!!?? !“ Or “QQUN A VU (nom employée)!!!!” As someone who works in customer service I know that 99% of the reason why employees are unhappy is because of management and not customers. do better management team!

Good offering, but staff is really not enough amd not motivated to work and assist customers. Assisted toBig dispute between manger and employee with my kids: Not great experience!!!!

It’s actually the store manager that has such a bad attitude, not the employees. Been there 3 times in a row and all 3 times she’s telling off the employees!! Shame on her !
