At Globo in Laval has terrible service!!! They asked $19.98 at checkout for an item priced at $9.98. When we explained to them, they first admitted that they had made a mistake, then they started to refuse. When we said "okay, I won't buy". so", the manager cursed us. I don't understand if I had to buy it and can the manager insult me in front of my 2 little children???

I went to buy winter boots, and the price tag was incorrect. When I went to pay, the cashier mentioned that the tag was from Black Friday (they mistakenly left it). Initially, she refused to sell it, but later, she agreed with the condition that there would be no exchange possibilities. However, since it's no longer Black Friday, I believe the return policies should be the same. Is this correct?

Do yourself a favor and avoid this storeThe service is horrible the manager and staff are not working the store is like a chilling spot from the staff.If you have ounce of respect for your self go to a other store that has better reputation and service.

If I could give this store negative reviews I would this is probably the worst Globo store I've ever been the customer service is horrible they treat the customers like Second class citizens and the products they sell are cheap don't even last 4 months.Avoid this store.

My mother and my brother went to the shop today around 1:30PM. She went to the caisse counter to pay with cash. They made her waiting for an hour. But there were 3 cashier. 2 of them not taking cash. They want to take carte only. But other one who can take cash, was dealing with a customer for an hour to book by online a shoe. This is a second time, this happens. First time they were excused and gave 10%off. I don't need their discount, basic respect towards all colors people. We are living in 2023. Give respect to everyone.

I went to this store to get a refund for a pair of boots I had purchased online, but that didn't fit. The refund was granted cheerfully in a no-questions-asked, hassle-free process. While I was there I decided to look around at the winter boots, since I still needed a pair. I tried on numerous pairs, and finally found one I like even better than the ones I returned. The employees were very helpful to boot (pun intended). ;)I also want to give a shout out to the customer-service agents who work in the call center. I had to phone the center several times with various inquiries after placing my order, one of which had to do with the fact that FedEx messed up the delivery of the boots mentioned above. The agent who answered that call got in touch with FedEx and got things moving to ensure that the boots would finally be delivered.All in all, Globo's customer service is superlative, and that's not something you can say about too many companies nowadays. It's obvious that Globo trains their employees well.
