I think that this store is no longer open. 16:30 on a Friday and no one answers the telephone. No one answers at general customer service either since 2 days.

The 4 employees who worked that day were gathered at the cash register telling a story and laughing instead of serving customers. Not even a hello can we help you anything. Should improve!

Unfortunately no service for the customer with a lack of respect and doubt on the part of the store manager and even suspicion of theft despite the proof of purchase and of course with a very violent manner and lack of respect for our person frankly to avoid and I would like to be contacted by a manager of the company it is the brand image and the credibility that it is on games

Walking into the store , Staff simply says hello, service is sub par and staff are all sitting down on their cellphones, when i asked for help the girl went into the back brought me the shoes i asked for and went back to texting and sitting down behind one of the cashes, i had to constantly speak up to get her attention. However she was not the only one on her phone, all the girls working that day were doing the same. Not only did they not have the sizes of any of the shoes that i asked for… the staff all seemed uninterested in helping customers and would rather stand around and gossip. I will not be returning to this store.
