This is my FAVORITE store. I always get the best service when I come here and they have such nice things. Staff members are all so nice and welcoming feels like a genuine family!!!! Alessia and the manager Linda are the sweetest. This store makes me want to spend the big bucks.

i have around 10 fossil watches. they told me i could have the batteries replaced for free anytime. of course when i went back they didnt want anything to do with me since i already gave them my money. service is great when youre giving them money not so much after. unnecessary attitude too.

Impeccable customer service!
The fossil store in Laval not only had great collections of watches and bags I was looking for, but their great customer service was the icing on the cake.
The staff made me feel valued and and helped explained through all their collections.
