I have so far done 5 of my ear piercings here and 0 infections. Other places it never works out! And she's super quick!The lady is the one I prefer. Just the space she leaves between the 2 ends is perfect enough for me to be able to disinfect properly.The younger girls do an ok job but my 2nd piercings at this place (so the 3rd that I have) was by one of the younger girls, it didn't get infected but it was much more difficult to disinfect, took longer to heal, bled more (for months) and like I said because there was not enough space to properly or easily disinfect. However, as I mentioned, it still didn't get infected.

I went on a week day to pierce my baby's ears. The whole experience was very professional and the employee was very kind and gentle with my child. On weekends there's 2 employees so if anyone was planning on piercing the ears, W-E is best.

Very poor customer service... we were coldly greeted by the lady who worked alone on March 17. She told me to go back on the weekend to pierce my baby's ears because she works alone and doesn't guarantee she can pierce the second ear. However, I called on the phone before traveling and I gave my daughter's age but at no time during our telephone discussion did she mention this detail... I traveled for nothing at the end of account... moreover she told me that she could try but by paying in advance for a service which will not be 100% completed. My husband was with me and she could have offered to hold her firmly during the piercing. My advice, ma'am, try to warmly welcome your customers with a big smile and don't give the impression that someone is bothering you.. also explain to your customers your constraints before they come for nothing!! fortunately my baby pierced his ears the same evening in another store although the lady was alone but she managed the situation very well with my husband!

This weekend I went to get my 2 year old daughter's ears pierced. Very good service despite a very disrespectful customer. The two employees remained very professional in the face of his behavior. They apologized several times for his attitude even though they had no control over this rude man and his equally inappropriate girlfriend. They tried to reassure my daughter several times and took all the time she needed to make her feel good and confident. The only problem is that she lost her butterfly earring while sleeping and lost her earring. I had to buy some more that can screw in today. I would simply recommend that you add it to your inventory. Thank you to these two perfect employees for my daughter!!!

Very very disappointing. Today Friday May 7th at 12 pm, I strolled up to the salesperson to ask a question, I noticed that she was taking notes. So I quietly said “excuse me” at which she raised her index finger up, I waited,she finished and looked at me(no apology) I asked if Faces has any Mother’s Day promotions she said “No , good bye” and continued to write. I inquired about the sign in French something about complimentary piercing with purchase? She looked at me and smirked “$50 and up purchase of earnings “ and went back to writing. I was around when faces opened in Ontario way back in the 80’s and supported Faces until today. I had 5 Mother’s Day gifts to buy. I went to Sephora.

I had a wonderful experience with Sarah from the Faces counter. She provided exemplary customer service to my nieces (ages 6 and 8) and myself. The little ones were afraid of having their ears pierced and asked their Matante to accompany them ;) Sarah kindly explained the process to us, and spoke to the girls very gently. The ear piercing went really well, I went first and the girls saw that it was quick and without too much pain. They are really happy with their piercing. The earrings are really pretty and Sarah explained the difference between the different models and how to take care of them. I recommend Faces with Sarah for ear piercing for your children (and for older ones!). Thank you, we are really satisfied :)
