I wanted to explain my experience in this store so that you can understand the low rating I give it today. I showed up for the first time last week to buy a sweater. At the end of the transaction, I wanted to take the bag with me, because I thought the lady had put the bill in the bag. I was immediately told in an arrogant tone “You wait” twice. From there, I told myself that the lady must be having a bad day and I let it pass, even if it left a bitter taste in my mouth. Subsequently, this week, I looked on their website and I saw that the sweater I had purchased was on discount. So I went to the store yesterday afternoon to ask for a price adjustment. When I got home, the employee Sarah B. asked me if I was looking for anything in particular. So I explained to him that my presence today was to make a price adjustment on the item I had purchased last week. This employee looked at me with contempt from head to toe and with a condescending tone replied, “What? ". So I told him in a polite tone to be careful with his attitude towards me, since it is not an appropriate way to speak to customers. She then rudely told me that they didn't do a price adjustment if I didn't have the item with me because I could have stolen the sweater, even though the receipt showed that I I bought it in the store. So I went to speak to the other employee at the cash register named Irene, who was polite and courteous to me. She explained to me that she was going to make an exception for me this time, because I had the bill with me. Sarah B. the employee who had spoken badly to me twice, then came to the cash register and told Irene not to do it, because she does not agree to make an exception for me. Irene then explained to us that Sarah B. is the “Manager” of the store, she could not do it for us if I did not have the sweater in my possession.
In the end, I had to call my husband so he could pick up the sweater at home so I could get the price adjustment in store. The manager Sarah B. looked at the sweater and then at the invoice and explained that she couldn't do it, for no good reason. On the invoice, it is written in black and white that the store must make the price adjustment within 14 days!!
My husband then explained the store's policy to her, only to once again be looked at from head to toe and told, "She really brought you here to come talk to me."
To be honest with you, WORST customer service I have experienced in my life! Especially from a store manager.
We have made a complaint to the consumer office and we are awaiting a response from them.
Go to La Baie to buy this brand or buy online if you are assured of not having to return it to the store!!!!

Disastrous customer service! Purchase of a dress costing close to $200.00 on which a metal clip was missing from the clasp. Return to the store to find an arrangement!! Impossible, the lady was rigid and refused the slightest compromise! “Go to the cleaners and get it fixed!” Despite my invoice, the original bag, the labels which I had certainly removed as I thought the dress was impeccable, the tissue paper etc. ! The answer was no! “There’s nothing I can do!” Next time go shopping at Aritza impeccable customer service!!

The dress & clothes are gorgeous. But the customer service is disappointing. I asked the cashier to help me with the size, after me someone else asked some questions in Arabic, she left me for 5 -10 min to offer her the service! Really? First come first serve! No ?
And at the end I asked her if they have my size available online. She didn’t bother herself to check

Horrible horrible store. I walked in and politely asked this simple question “do you have
Other sizes in the back” as they only had size 0’s on the rack, she looked at me up & down and said “we don’t have sizes past 12”. Extremely condescending and a horrible comment especially coming from someone who was not a a pretty little thing either. Not inclusive, horrible service and very rude. Trying to make their brand available to thin people only while speaking down to others, won’t work in 2024!

I ordered many times online from Evernew and also purchased from the collectionnat The Bay, with no issues. However, I recently needed to go into the store for a dress I needed last minute and all I have to say is the customer service is 0/10. The first time I went in store, I had to help myself to a changing room and no one greeted me as I came in. And the other two times, I was served by a cashier who literally treated me like I was nothing. Extremely rude. I would understand if I also came off as rude, but I was very calm and polite, and was completely attacked. I worked in retail for 10 years (which 5 of them were at Simons, where customer service is EXTREMELY valued) and I have never experience such disrespect. I am sooo disappointed as I love their collection but unfortunately I will no longer be purchasing anything from Evernew.

ZERO customer service!! 2 saleswomen, no customers, not even a hello! Although I love the brand, I was really disappointed with their salespeople who have no concept of customer service. I will continue to buy the brand at La Baie instead.

Si je pouvais mettre zéro je le ferais! J'ai eu un mauvais service en boutique et les prix étaient plus chers en boutique que ceux en ligne après la promotion (même jour). Bref, considérant le mauvais service en boutique, j'ai décidé de commander en ligne. Après plus d'un mois, je n'ai toujours pas ma commande et personne ne peut m'aider!!

Very bad service. I bought a blaiser for $129.00 after I wore it once it tore. The saleswoman told me to contact the manager. I never found the manager. So I lost $129.00.
