Now there is security who monitors the ATM (he wears glasses, long hair) very very rude and makes a lot of prejudgment. I had to go to the Ultramar opposite to withdraw money. A real failed police officer ?.

Worst service at a gas station and even worst car wash . You get soap on half of your car only for 10$. I wonder if paid another 10$ I can get the second half of my car washed but i'll never find out. The 99 cent car wash at Couche-Tard is wayyy better even if you have to wait for 1h. Good luck to all.

I have been at this gas station in the second half of January 2024 and employee named "JO " on his badge,cashier,was not greeting bonjour or hi,he was not trained to be polite or at least to smile to customers. It's disgusting and disappointing. ESSO company, why do you hire such out of touch employees regarding customers service?? People, avoid this gas station by any means, do not go there, it is worse than in many underdeveloped countries that I visited!!! This is the worst attitude I have ever seen at a gas station in Laval.

Le lave auto ne fonctionne pas. Savon et agent lustrant en meme temps, sans rincage entre les deux!!!!!. Apparement c'est normal, m'a t'on dit... Bien sur.. Nous irons ailleurs dorénavant
