I bought an Avanti queen mattress, when I tried thos reference at the store was firmed, however when I opened the new one was too soft. So, I decided to change it, that was my surprise when there was a policy never explained that you have to buy the covers if you want to change your mattress, otherwise they don't care if the mattress is new or not. The guy from the store was so rude, blaming his collegue who sold me the mattress for not giving clear information, even he threatened me to call the police, and when I said to call it, suddenly his mood changed. After that, when I tried to change the mattress for another one that was initially offered at $750, the rude guy increased the price to $900. Not only that, when I finally decided to change it for another one of the same reference, they tried to send me a double one, instead of queen. To summarize, first and last purchase from this store.
