The employees are generally nice. But you should not trust the skills of mechanics or managers. The vehicle I purchased passed a safety inspection with them. After purchase, the vehicle was taken to a trusted garage which inspected and found three major problems directly related to safety (ball joint, brakes, suspension). You have to be careful when dealing with them, even better not to go there at all. I'm sharing another completely wacky example. When purchasing the vehicle, the tire pressure light was on. So they plugged in the computer and reset the sensors to fix the problem. The next day the light came back on... guess how I fixed the problem... I inflated the tires to the right pressure, and the warning disappeared...

Twice I bought a car there and twice I got cheated, no after-sales service, I have a lot of problems on my new Audi like I had on my Volks Jetta and they explained to me that I exceeded The warranty is a few hundred kilometers so they can't do anything lol!! $42,500 poorly invested!
