Very competitive price and interesting showroom.
The big weak point is the waiting time. 45 minutes to 1 hour. You have to plan ahead.
I believe that the store could benefit greatly by providing better delivery practices like other stores in the industry. For example, if we could make an appointment, the waiting time would be significantly shorter because the deliveries would already be ready. In addition, it would allow employees to prepare deliveries during downtime. This way there would not be endless lines of customers waiting for their ceramics in addition to facilitating the work of their employees who would have a more constant and predictable workflow.

I correct my opinion despite the long wait during the pickup at the back, we had an order error of almost $1k and the manager corrected the situation without persisting.
He was really understanding and listened to us to find a solution to the advantage of our client.
