Avoid ECCO. They change their return policy whenever they feel like it. I was calm that I have 90 days, and when I went in store after about 45 days, surprised, surprise....it was changed to 30, and somehow they don't care about the fact that I made my purchase when the return policy was 90 days. What I was offered was a credit but not on the original price I paid, but what the shoes go for today. I should have been refunded full paid price in the first place...I will be returning all my orders that I made recently, and after being a customer for more than 10 years, that is it....no more.

I ordered online, but unfortunately I didn't find the shoes comfortable... So I went to the store to get a refund. Overall, the staff was courteous. On the other hand, expect to pay a lot for shoes.

Driss is an exceptional store manager. I was in a situation where I bought in US but had to exchange/return in Canada. It's not a ECCO standard process but Driss provided very professional customer service and hodling a do whatever it takes attitude that helped me solved the problem. Even our interaction wasn't long but super effective. Driss even showed up to the store when he was supposed to off-duty to help me out as I was really runinng out of solution. All in all, this is why me and my family have been a loyal customer of ECCO for a very long time. I would recommend this store to anyone that is going to visit Carrefou Laval.

So we were turning around at Carrefour Laval, a shoe caught my eye at Ecco, I usually wear Ecco and Clark’s, lately Clark’s designs are more old men design, so we entered and the staff greeted us but didn’t bother us looking, I like that when I’m shopping, this young girl stood out from the crowd and approached us to meet our needs, I asked 2 sizes for 2 different model, men shoes and 2 for my wife, she was quick to bring the sizes and advised which model was more comfy, luckily enough, she was right, the one she mentioned was more comfy, we bought 2 pairs and customer experience was out of this world, unlike lately with everything happening around the world and people don’t care anymore, especially yong generation in Canada, especially Montreal, but this girl, Lea, was amazing, kudos to her, I seriously bought the 2 pairs, 1 for me one for me wife, just because of her service, smiling face and customer support . Kudos Leo. I hope your peers, and @Ecco recognizes the good job you are doing.

I bought a pair of Ecco shoes and after a few months after using them ten times, the sole simply disintegrated! I wanted to return them and they refused to compensate me one way or another... $175 in the trash!!! For me it's over with this product...

Hello, I would like to thank Mr. Driss, manager at the ecco carrefour laval store for his good service. I had to buy shoes and I hesitated... he really gave me good service, he explained to me the difference between the two shoes. which I had trouble making a choice he was very patient asked me relevant questions to know my need.Thank you again Mr. Driss I will come back to this store for sure

Worst customer service experience. Fault in my shoe, I go back to see what can be done, especially since I unfortunately no longer had the box in my possession, and the employee literally calls me a liar because he says that there is no no flaw. For customer service for a pair of shoes at $150+, it's more than disappointing, it's shameful. If I could I would give -5 stars.
