I put only one star, simply because the saleswoman offered me good service when I purchased the pillows. On the other hand, at no time was it mentioned to me that the pillows were final sales because I would not have bought pillows for $230 otherwise.
The pillows have given me a big stiff neck since I got them, 4 days later I contact your sleep on their chat and he tells me that I can return them. I go to the store and I am told no because they have been opened (obviously?? I didn't sleep on the cardboard box) and they tell me that it is a final sale and that it is written on the invoice (if I have the invoice, it’s because I’ve already paid so it’s too late to tell me, let’s see!)
Bad service, really.

Went to the store to help out my parents choose a new mattress and Ms. Armanie was very helpful and patient with them. Very polite as well and gave a great customer service!

We went to Dormez-vous on Friday before noon to shop for pillows.
Excellent service by our salesman Vincent.
He took the time to advise us and was knowledgeable about his different products.
I highly recommend this store if you are looking for new sheets and pillows like hotel beds.
Surprisingly, the prices of pillows and sheets like those made of bamboo fiber are clearly of high quality if we compare to those on Amazon and above all really cheaper at Dormez-vous.
