I buy a gift card. I pay and the cash register says that the gift card cannot be activated. Error 99. The cashier calls his manager. Response from the manager in place, it's not my problem, call a service center. I offer to immediately try to activate it online. He refuses to ask me to leave and refuses to give me his name. This is purely theft. I filed a complaint at the head office if I don't follow up you will have a consumer protection complaint.

It is a very good and stocked store and the staff is friendly... Except for their new manager on duty. I never return things in the box. I always carry everything I grab. Only today I had nothing but cash and I didn't calculate everything I had. It totally bothered him that his office would call him to make a cancellation and he scolded me for not having calculated correctly. I told her I was sorry for making her work too hard. In the end I wished him a good day. Very bad service, I hope it doesn't happen again or I'll have to look for another Dollarama....

Nothing bad to say about this place, it's perfectly adequate. The cashiers are fast and the aisles are well organized, but it's still a dollarama

I like dollarama and i wish they work on this one on laurentides blvd.. it is kind of small and u don't find everything u need and even the quality is less than other dollaramas.

It's a Dollarama with ample parking. Everything is pretty well placed in the store. It's a little difficult to find items, it's not indicated what the rows contain. Excellent, humans at the checkouts, I love it, no self-service, great!

Today I went shopping. I checked my invoice and my purchases while still in the store. I noticed that the curtains I had bought had defects. and I went back to see the cashier, she told me that the purchase was final sale and not refundable. That I could only exchange the item. By the way, there was no other like it and I wanted my money! My question why the seller's policy is so stupid.? . I understand that the seller did not want to refund after taking out the goods. But I was still in the store. And he told me that I was lucky to have found a kind person because he reimbursed me. It’s really crazy. I have the right to ask for my money back if the item does not comply ?
