I had an amazing experience at Desigual. I was beyond impressed with the patience the staff had. They understood exactly what I needed after explaining it once and helped me find clothing that fit the criteria. They were so helpful with sizing, quick and polite.

I purchased a virtual gift card online and never received it. I have been trying to contact customer service by phone and via the website for 7 days without getting a response. Very bad experience.

Came across this store while shopping at Carrefour Laval. This store has so many colourful and different styles that are not like the standard you see everywhere. So, if you want something to stand out and one of a kind I would highly recommend stopping by for a look.
