What the casino is to gamblers, DeSerres is to craftspeople.Initially I came here to buy presents for kids. This place is incredible!Anything you need for painting, knitting, puzzles, games, writing, drawing… and things I have yet to discover.The staff is always helpful and patient answering my many questions. ?Another wonderful discovery here is that they frame! You can frame anything from photos to posters to sports jersies. They do a great job.The store manager is Nathalie and she is lovely.Easy parking and great location.

I went there because my daughter starts advanced drawing lessons. I just gave the list with all the materials needed to this sweet very kind young man name Olivier and he found everything for us fast and even proposed alternatives. I was impressed and trully thankful because there was no way I would have found everything so fast by myself. I paid, they gave us a 10% discount on my daughter's name too and with this card next time we go we use it again to get a discount. I am definitely going back there to buy materials for my daughter because the service is excellent and fast!! I was done in less than 20 minutes. The place is very organized and what I noticed is that Olivier knows the materials really well and in what phase the teacher will ask them to use them as well so he explains a lot of stuff. It was so worth it !! Thank you so much !!!
