The worst experience the driver came to deliver furniture and backed directly into my truck even though it was parked on the other side of the street. When I spoke with Mr. Rouillard he told me that we can work things out, I sent him the quote and after several calls without response (about 1 week) a text message to tell me that it was refused, not even a call. So in addition to the cost of the offices a nice bill of $2000 for bodywork!!! So pay attention to this company

I have just learned that Denis Office Supplies has been sold to an American company. What a pity ! When I think that Mr. Legault had said that he would no longer buy Sico paint because the company had moved to Ontario. What are you doing Mr. Legault? It is not in Ontario that the administration of this company will move but in the United States. When are you going to worry about taking control of our Quebec companies?

I had a great experience for buying a desk from their store. They have high quality tems and have dedicated enough space to show a good variety of the options to their clients (p.s. other shops like "Bricks" and "Tanguay" only have the desks in their inventory and not much in the store).The sales people are informative and helpful. Jaques Leduc was the salesman who helped me choose a desk that fits well in my office. He has very good knowledge of the different options you can customize so you exactly find what you want!

I want to share my recent experience at this store to warn other potential customers. I recently purchased a desk from this establishment with the intention of matching it perfectly to the color of my flooring. I made sure to bring a sample of the flooring to make sure I chose the right shade. There was even a demonstrator on site which presented the desired shade, the seller sold me the same desk, which had to be the same shade, I trusted him. However, once the desk was assembled in my garage and moved to the room in question, I realized to my dismay that it did not match the color of my floor in any way. In hopes of rectifying this situation, I contacted the store. To my surprise, I encountered poor and uncooperative service. A priori, they refused to take over the office. Furthermore, despite the fact that the error was clearly on their part, they refused to provide any form of compensation for the inconvenience suffered. I had to return the furniture myself (and remember that I went to collect it too), which resulted in a considerable loss of time, not to mention the additional effort to assemble the desk after the exchange ( for a second time). Furthermore, no commercial gesture was made to mitigate the inconvenience caused.What's even more frustrating is that I finally found the same model of desk in another store, and at a lower price (by $200) than the one I paid. Ironically, they simply told me to go buy it in the other store, which I didn't do, judging that I had wasted enough time with this story, I felt no consideration from them. They didn't even bother to apologize. We received very good service. We were looking for office chairs, and the person who helped us directed us right away to the clearance items. The price was reasonable considering the quality of the chairs, which are fully adjustable.

The products were very nice and so was my initial visit. I was encouraged to call or return when ready to purchase rather than go online. My boss had told me to find a chair. The first level approval was given but the final signing authority refused. Of course a few weeks had passed because red tape and vacations. So when I reached out ready to move forward I learned that my sales rep was on vacation and the sales rep replacing him did not care and appeared quite rude. I further contacted head office as perhaps there was a misunderstanding and received no reply either. Very disappointed and have decided to purchase my chair elsewhere.
