Ordered a dress , gave a price , came back seamstresses couldn’t complete the work ( truly not her fault was overwhelmed it seemed with work ) , owner asked for more money …. After the price was set. Advised take my deposit im leaving, owner changed his mind . 3 weeks before wedding seamstress quit , no one called. I picked the dress up and paid an extra 150$ to another 3 rd party to finish the dress.
Not recommended.

I have heard absolute horror stories about this place, which were confirmed when I went dress shopping with a friend. I never leave reviews but felt compelled to after my friend’s experience there. The sales person commented on her weight, made snide remarks about her not being married, and was flat out mean. There is absolutely no consideration for a customers well-being. This can be extremely triggering for someone suffering or recovering from an eating disorder, who is emotionally vulnerable, or who is JUST A WOMAN with normal insecurities that we all have. Seriously, avoid at all costs - or bring your therapist.

If you’ve ever suffered from an eating disorder or just have general body image issues, it is illegal for you to shop there. Sorry I don’t make the rules.
Staff is completely out of touch. They are not “direct” or “straight forward” - they are unkind. I would rather give my business to SHEIN and/or anyone else.
Also the dresses are exceedingly overpriced (and very much based on what they think you can afford). The shopping experience is awful. Dresses not separated by size or by colour and racks are so overfilled you have to squeeze each one out. They do have a good selection and nice dresses.
Please read the owners responses to negative reviews. You WILL understand everything that needs to be understood.
P.s: you’re beautiful and your body is exactly the way it’s meant to be <3

Don’t be fooled! Very pushy owner. Seems so nice and welcoming when you walk in but becomes rude when you don’t buy and watch what you say, even when you don’t mean it badly, his tone completely changes. He helped for a good 10 min then went to sit in his office to eat and listen to his shows, while we took the dresses off the rack, off the hangers and then placed them back on the hangers. He never asked our budget so he handed us and we tried on dressed from different ranges and then criticized us when we said a dress was out of our price range “how is that too expensive? You shouldn’t of been touching it or trying on those dresses then”
Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else.
Oh, and just by his responses on other peoples reviews…. Says EVERYTHING! take a look for yourself.

Store where there are beautiful models,
I told myself I'm going to find my dress here!
My visit was approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
customer appreciation side I give a big zero !!!!!!!!!! ???
The way of m. Seller is not at all professional, he wanted to give me any color, any model and two holes size Pmus large, that doesn't bother me ?
The important thing is that I buy and that's it!!
I don't know why there aren't any girls???? At least we are more comfortable during the test.

Amazing service from the owner,
A wide range of dresses in different styles for all tastes. The prices are affordable for the quality of the dresses. I recommend it since I even found my prom dress there.

No price tags on the dresses. I asked for the price and they said "approximatly xyz". The price of the dress will depend on how much they think you can afford.

They never answer the phone. Poor customer service. Very rude.
RE: yes I called multiple times and when you finally answered you were very rude. I asked if you carried a specific dress you said you would check and call me back. You took my information and never called back. Waste of my time.

If I can give this place a negative rating I would. The owner and service is terrible. They say they open at 10:00 and the doors are closed with no one here. We ordered our dresses in October and they never called us to tell us that our order had arrived. I came with my daughter after driving over 30 min to come pick up my dress and there was no one here at opening time. They don’t pick up the phone. If you could buy your dress somewhere else please do, the terrible service is not worth it, please avoid giving them business.

Ma femme et aller chercher ça robe avec des retouche qu'elle avait demander pour une soirée le lendemain et quand elle est chercher sa robe elle était tachée de noir essayer de trouver un nettoyeur a la dernière minute pas évident merci d'avoir gâchée ça soiree

I would be very cautious buying a dress from here. They absolutely don't know what they are doing. For a full month they have been saying they will "fix" the dress and everytime the bride walked in to try it on it gets worse.We told them to make the dress shorter from the front. The tailor decided to cut the back, resize the dress from the sides making the dress crooked and twisted to the right side. Now the whole dress has to be reopened and redone by a new tailor Unbelievable...We had told them to order a specific size and they decided to go ahead and order a size bigger because they "know" better. Be very careful.
