If I could give a negative rating I would Ordered a Mitchell Gold table back in November 2022 ..was told it was stock when I placed the order. They made a mistake …delivery 6 months. Delivery was on track and was told it was in transit in Match 2023. Order disappeared from the system in April 2023 !$#!?? Ok. So I want a refund of my deposit …over $1000. It is now June 2023. Was told they changed credit card system and could not refund my Visa…they wrote me a check. Check was returned!! DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!Follow up. The returned check was an interbank issue and I was wired a complete refund Monday June 5 with no problem Doesn’t make up for the lost months and no table but it sure helpedTheir lighting is beautiful

Excellent On-Line Shopping Experience - I ordered a flush mount light fixture for my ceiling which comprised of two levels. The fixture arrived crooked and with a flaw on the gold patina. I contacted Deca lighting via e-mail to inform them of the condition of the light fixture and request a replacement. Charles responded promptly and secured a replacement fixture for me from the lighting distributor, free of charge. The whole experience was professional and a real pleasure. I was hesitant to order a light fixture on-line because I did not want any hassles if there were any problems with the item. Deca Lighting's no hassle approach was re-assuring and has provided me with the confidence to order from them in the future. Thank you!
