I found my dress and loved my experience there! I went to several shops and nothing compared to the choice of dresses and the services offered by the girls... They are so kind, gentle & you feel really comfortable there... I was served by Audrey -Ann, Sarah-Jeanne and the second time by Mégane. The owner was also present the two times I was in the store, and it seems that she works with passion. All the girls really took the time to listen to me and understand what I was looking for, without pressure. They gave me the freedom to think at my own pace, which made the experience more pleasant and peaceful. I felt like I was with friends. Thank you really for everything!!

I found my dress at C Vezina !! The service from start to finish was amazing. Me and my group felt so good and comfortable. As soon as we walked in the vibes were right ! I want to give a big thanks to Jessie, she helped me find the one and gave me so many good tips it was insane. She made sure I felt comfortable and understood from the start what I was looking for. She was the best hype woman I could ask for. Honestly loved the service from here the whole group was having a blast with her.

Today I finally got to say yes to the dress ??♀️. Incredible service from start to finish! I went to the Loft section of the Vézina. This section allowed me to find the perfect dress and within my budget too!
A special mention to Audrey Ann who made all the difference in my experience. She listened, did not put pressure and knew how to guide me through the process. After having visited 2 other stores I can guarantee you that you will not regret going to Vézina!

I had a great experience at their store. I had already tried on a few dresses elsewhere, but this boutique really made me feel special. I arrived wanting to try on a particular dress and they made me try it on first. I tried 7 others, to be sure, including one or two recommended by Megan, who was very attentive to me. The owner and her daughter came to see me a few times to see if I liked the dress I wanted and to help me get a better idea of what I would look like on the big day. And when I I said yes to the dress, we were offered to celebrate with champagne afterwards.
The place is well decorated, we are made to feel special, the service is impeccable. Honestly, I have nothing negative to say about this store and I am really delighted to have been able to buy my dress there.

From the first phone call to book my appointment at Creations Vezina, until the last moment stepping out with my wedding dress, my experience was nothing short of exceptional. This was the 8th store I visited and my wedding was 3 months away (Oct 2024) - I was starting to get nervous. Jessie answered the phone - she was so kind and reassuring and managed to find me a spot that day. I was served by the sweetest Rouka who was patient and kind and picked out the dress I ended up buying!! Mme Vezina, so personable and genuine, dropped in to give her honest opinion and advice on which dress suited me best. THANK YOU to the entire team for all that you did for me that day. I felt like a princess on my wedding day!

Came here to shop for my sister in law. We found her dress right away!! The owner is super sweet snd amazing! The stylist who helped us shop was super helpful and knowledgeable and was great! Couldn’t have found a better shop❤️

*I LOVED it!*
Before showing up for my appointment, I read the Google comments starting with the most negative... and I must say that I went backwards. I was reading some posts about buying pressure and pricing. However, my experience was completely different, I loved this place, and I finally found the dress of my dreams there (loft side).
After trying dozens and dozens of dresses in several stores over 6 months, I found that it was one of the places with the nicest service, and the least purchasing pressure. You still have to consider that the loft side only has samples, so one copy and that's it. They are very clear on this, but have not at all forced the sale. They were very patient and gave me a good moment alone to think after the fitting without rushing me.
I also found that they were very careful with their dresses. Unlike many other places, the floor models remain in very good condition. The bottom is not all dirty from having been lying around on the floor, the advisor helped me put on each dress by giving them to me one by one, instead of leaving me with 4-5 dresses to manage myself, and so purchasing the floor model is much more tempting.
Ultimately, I find the comments about the price of alterations unjustified, as all dresses in all stores require alterations, and this cost is never included in the price of the dress. Audrey-Ann was honest with me about her estimate of alteration costs prior to purchase, which I greatly appreciated.
Everyone has their own experience, but for my part, I only have good things to say about this place. My dress is beautiful, I am very satisfied with its price, and my fitting was very pleasant. I recommend!!
