Very unclear charges on my financing, the car was used for one year and It had 11Km, at the beginning they told me the all accessories were included, since all were used for one year, beside the offer me 4k discount to compensate for 11K, but at the signing step ,I figured out that they charged me 3000$ the used accessories. (which maybe I do not want them)
beside, the manager came to solve the issue, but unfortunately, he beheaved very unprofessional, he had attitude,
He did not took a minute to set with us and go over the charges, he did not even said sorry for inconvenient, he said "there is no other solution, take it or leave it, I never had done a better deal like this in my entire career" beside he said" I do not know where you work , I never have seen something like this" ? I did not get his point. Then, he prompted me to reception to refund my deposit
" But to be honest , the financial agent Karine was very professional, fast, flexible , responsive, I do appreciate her time,
I work with client every day, I do respect clients even if they are wrong, since Iearned to listen actively to my clients and help them to find a solution.

I am very satisfied with the service I was given at Toyota Chomedey, Mr Paul Bachard is very nice, his coffee and hot chocolate that he offered us was very delicious. The atmosphere was warm. Mr Renzo is very courteous , Ms. Fannie is very patient, I am delighted with this experience with you.

Terrible dealership. Unethical sales team and manager. Waited on a deposit for a car for two months only to have it given to someone else without any notification and sales manager just wobbles his head and does not offer and alternative solution or compensation.
Spend your time and money elsewhere.

I went there to look at another vehicle initially but ultimately the salesman who received us with his explanation made us like a more recent model of car and we fell in love with it…. The staff is quite friendly

I purchased my car here and have had several negative experiences with the staff, but this latest one was the last straw.
1. After a repair, I received a call saying my car had several warning lights. I scheduled an appointment for the next day.
2. When I arrived, I was told that because the lights weren’t showing anymore, they couldn’t check it under warranty. They refused to look at the car.
3. I expressed my frustration in their survey, and a few days later, the department director called, not to help but to pressure me into changing my feedback.
The management’s attitude and lack of accountability have convinced me not to return. This is not a place I will continue to do business with and would not suggest it to anyone.
