Very nice experience for my new acquisition. Beautiful atmosphere and very courteous employees. In particular, I am grateful to the director Ms. Rose who was able to respond quickly to my needs and quickly found the appropriate solution to meet my expectations. And also hats off to Lorenzo from the Auto Service department. Always a warm welcome that makes you want to return. Note that I travel from Longueuil every time to go to Nissan de Laval, so that says a lot. But I wouldn't change for another service point even if I have other service points closer to my home on the south shore. It was with them that I bought my new Nissan, I felt well taken care of, and I will undoubtedly continue my business relationship with them. I will of course recommend them to those around me.

I only have one thing to say about this place. Great service!!!!! I bought a used vehicle. I have an extraordinary experience with my representative Shawn and his colleague Anais. I then met Alexandre Jodoin and Michael Lelouche, the directors of the place and they gave me exactly what I asked for, I came out with a 2022 used vehicle which is better guaranteed than a new vehicle, but has a fraction of the price and all that in a wonderful atmosphere!!Thank you for all your efforts and we will come back to you for our next purchase.

The service was particularly horrible, to begin with, it took more than 7 hours to finalize a completely normal sale of a used car, he told me to come the next day because the car would be ready for 4 p.m., I had to wait in the dealership until 7:30 p.m. to be able to leave with it, the interior was in a lamentable state of health, strangely filled with mud and other dirt, he offered to take it to a car wash myself for a car wash. a budget of at least $100 and send them the invoice so that the washing is reimbursed, they then refuse to reimburse the washing, moreover, a few weeks later, after having consulted the note of the last oil change, a mechanic who was just about to change my oil pointed out to me that the mileage which was the main reason for my choice had been manually reduced by around 10,000 kilometers, also, the salesman at the dealership failed to warn me that the 4 brakes were completely and dangerously worn to the maximum during the presentation of the vehicle's defects despite having confirmed to me that apart from those presented, there were no others. A few months after my purchase I received their call about my satisfaction with the vehicle and their services, after expressing my dissatisfaction due to all the problems suffered, the agent on the phone confirmed to me that a sales manager had been informed of the whole situation and that he would call me back in the coming days of the week to follow up, I have never been called back by the dealership until now, despite my numerous calls, and it has now been a little more than a year.

I have been a customer of Nissan Chomedey for the last 2 years. I have received nothing but excellent service from them.After having been to several Nissan dealerships in the past, I never was satisfied with their customer care. But Nissan Chomedey really delivered!I want to mention 2 people in particular who were so helpful and kind to me.Regarding my last visit for servicing a few days ago, Lorenzo, in the service and parts department, was very professional, pleasant, and kind and took very good care of me. I received fast service and with a big smile. The second person I'd like to mention is Rosie from Customer Service, who just called to follow up on my experience with Lorenzo. We had a wonderful conversation, and she was so polite and so kind. And it feels like I met a friend. So, to all who are reading this....
