CATASTROPHIC, DISAPPOINTING experience, vehicle poorly repaired mechanically evident, non-existent aesthetics and major breaks on the bodywork and dents that I had to have repaired myself $$$ then they were unable to have them repaired themselves and I had to send the vehicle to a $$$ detailing center so that it was at least clean, I had the delivery postponed twice since nothing had been done between my visits, INCOMPETENCE, from the beginning until in the end without exception and at all levels, RUN away, buying elsewhere for more will be best for you. Seriously, this is the used vehicle division of VOLVO LAVAL, imagine the experience when purchasing a new vehicle from them.
I even have doubts about the integrity of those involved during this acquisition, it was close to a scam.

Do not buy from this dealer!!! I purchased a second hand Audi TT from this dealership in March 2024. I was told the tires were practically new, 7/32. The first week I noticed a significant oil leak. I go to my garage and they tell me that the tires are finished, it's not even legal to put them on because they are so worn. I had negotiated new tires for purchase. I have contacted them and they have no intention of rectifying this which constitutes fraud. Nor even to ensure customer satisfaction.

Just bought a Mazda CX-5 from this place and the purchase was done with ease thanks to Mathew who made the process very smooth and the rest of the staff was very kind as well so thank you for all the help. !!!So here’s an update not all good as I thought only a month and a half in and found out my AC has a leak and it was there before I bought it so thanks for that going to cost 1500$ to fix plus I’m pretty sure my brakes are starting to go even though they said they fixed them so not sure what to think anymore guess that’s why the sale went so easy!!! Overall now seems like they might have sold me a lemon and their detailing when I bought it was not the best still finding dog hair from previous owner. So just a warning if you plan on buying from them make sure you check everything real well or you might get screwed.

We bought a used MKZ a year ago and Mathew helped make the process very easy for us out-of-town people. He had a couple issues with the vehicle fixed before sale and even after the deal was done he went the extra mile. The car was fully detailed when we picked it up. A year later this Lincoln has been amazing, no issues at all. Thanks Mat.

I recently bought a car from Centre Certifié, Taddeo Auto and had an amazing experience, thanks to my salesman, Matthew. He was straightforward, not pushy, and really fair. He even sorted out special requests like getting me new tires, all with fantastic customer service. Plus, there were absolutely no hidden fees.
Driving over 10 hours to get there was totally worth it. If you're looking for a car, this place and Matthew are the way to go.

I have bought several vehicles and this was by far my best experience. From the moment I reached out to Mathew Yanakoulias in sales to the moment I drove my new vehicle off the dealerships lot.This dealership offered me an excellent price on my trade in. They were great in communicating, friendly, no pressure, very clear and informative from the start. I drove from out of province to pick up my Jeep Gladiator and when I arrived it was waiting in the showroom, super clean and a full tank of gas. I realized while trying to sell my car that they sold me a front-end accident vehicle (VGA) (airbags deployed) without telling me. And now, after what was obviously a bad repair because it doesn't show up on the carfax (very Shady), the paint is peeling on the front fenders due to poor application and the "error airbag" light has appeared.To try to rectify the situation I have been trying to call since before Christmas and they never answer the phone, the service guy Sam always seems to be on vacation and is impossible to reach, then when I call back to reception they don't answer anymore … very poor service I will NEVER buy a vehicle here.After-sales service is as vital as the sale itself and even there they lie and hide things from their customers. Very disapointed.
