Carrefour Multisports aims to promote physical and mental well-being through a community of over 120 diverse and specialized professionals. They motivate Quebecers to be more active and develop healthier habits. The facility covers 2.7 million square feet and offers members a warm, clean, and welcoming environment with a wide range of activities. Members can enjoy facilities such as a gym, pool, yoga, pilates, spinning, aquaform, and a small spa area with a sauna and steam room. The changing rooms are equipped with lockers and showers, and the staff is generally friendly and attentive. Some members appreciate the support from trainers like William, who provides effective workout plans and motivational messages, helping members stay independent with apps like Hexfit. Others enjoy boxing classes, noting that coaches like Dave make the sessions fun and suitable for beginners, helping them relieve stress and feel better. However, there are suggestions for improvement; the badminton court needs some care, and the prices can be a bit high for racquet sports. Members also value the quick response of staff when issues arise, especially in the changing rooms and spa areas. Overall, Carrefour Multisports offers a variety of activities and strives to maintain a friendly, clean, and well-maintained environment for all members.
I've been playing badminton there since 2008. Staffs are gentle. But the badminton court needs some love. Kind a bit pricey if you're just playing badminton or other racquet sports.
