Store hours in Google maps show was 9am on Saturday’s & Sundays . I drive 30 minutes to get there at 9am & doors are locked , I call and the rude old Indian lady says sorry we are only open at 10am. I mention that Google maps says 9am and she said sorry I don’t know why they didn’t change that, I say thanks for wasting my time & she hung up on me .

I went to the store today around 3:30 a.m. to buy sweaters for my sons. Once at the checkout, I had horrible service from an older employee who was literally yelling at me just because I asked her for the prices of my items after the promotion. I ask her why one of my items doesn't have a discount (since there was a sign indicating a promotion) and she yells at me that there is no discount and that it's my fault (that I am wrong). I calmly ask him to come follow me so I can show him where I found the sweater. She came in a haughty way constantly saying that it was me who was wrong. And then finally she sees that her stock was poorly arranged and that the pile of clothes was in the discount section. She immediately took the pile of clothes and moved it without even apologizing for her behavior or the way she spoke.When it's the shop's mistake, you have to give the customers the price!! In short, it's the worst customer service. There is no respect for customers.

My only con is I really wish they would open the AC. The people were great, the clothes are awesome but OH BOY is it hot in there lol
