Last Sunday I stopped at this pharmacy for the first time. Not huge, it still offers an impressive choice of products (and there is no shortage of parking space). I searched for almost 10 minutes for an item before asking the cashier for help. She told me there was only one employee on the floor. She called her colleague and I must admit that the very young clerk was efficient. She didn't have the answers to all my questions but she still helped me make an informed choice. However, the cashier was not very cheerful and did not really want to chat. I guess she couldn't wait to finish her shift. Which I can understand. All the same, I managed to find what I was looking for and I recommend this branch.

I went yesterday to this place to buy a gift card for a kid’s birthday. And I faced with full disrespect and nationalism from an old lady at the cashier. My question: if you don’t respect people and hate them so much do you need to work in customer service? As soon as I paid and transaction past through, I was only then only told it’s final sale. Which is a responsibility of the worker say it before the client purchase. So I told her: I would appreciate next time if you say it before client buys something like everywhere it is. But lady considers her place so unique against the QC and Canada law, so she became agressive in a second and accused me, a client that it’s my responsibility to check the labels in the back of the product. Very disappointed, by service, by attitude, by aggression of the lady in front of my little son. I speak French but it’s not perfect. Making face in front of me the way I talk, and as soon as I left with my son, she was laughing behind my back.
