I am a customer I have had browns for 30 years I bought a pair of bott3s for $300 and the zipper broke in 3 months boots that I never wear I return and people laugh at me I have already bought some $50 shoes that last me 10 years, very poor quality

Phenomenal customer service! My husband bought me a pair of boots at Browns a little over a year ago. Sadly the leather stitching tore on the front of the boot. They exchanged the boots for a brand new pair.

Sam was amazing I highly recommend going straight to him. He quickly helped us find the most comfortable shoes ever! Bonus : the shoes I got and my partner got match but still look unique on their own. Give that man a raise he genuinely deserves it!

I passed by on Saturday. Store is nice, full of options but the music is so so loud that I left. It drove me crazy. It was like going to a disco instead of going to buy shoes.
