  They refuse to reimburse me for an item because it is final sale but it is not mentioned on the item or on the invoice it is the assistant Asma who refused the return I bought the item ago one week really too bad I won't shop at spring again!

  I call the store to follow up on a bag I ordered, she hangs up on me telling me it's ups and not her, non-existent customer service

  Multiple pairs of boots/shoes over time and they all end up falling apart super early and it's no coincidence. Save your money.
