I wanted to take a few minutes to say that the service at Chomedey is impeccable. The manager Katia and her assistant Marcia are always attentive to the needs of their customers and with a smile.
The employees whose names I don't know are also amazing, and go out of their way to help me load heavy furniture into my vehicle.
I thank them all and I always enjoy shopping there.

This is a great store, normally use this for collection and to check a model physically, service is good and normally we find everything that we are looking for. There is a last sale section at the end, with some last sale items that could be found in not great condition but you might find a good demo for a discounted price:)

Big specials but nothing in stock in store. You have to run to the stores or order online with delivery costs. The employees don't seem very happy working there. 4 curtains ordered and 2 out of 4 have different lengths... too bad because there is really good stock there.

1 Feb 24What a horrible experience. I went in to get something for my wife. I entered and said bonjour hi, the lady who appeared to me the manager short white hair gave me a dirty look. No one offered assistance I found the item went to the cash. Again I had to say Bonjour hi to get their attention, she came up again annoyed. Then rudely asked for my email, I said ‘sorry I don’t provide my personal information when I don’t have to’. Which made her more annoyed. Then she refused to give me a paper receipt, I asked why and she said ‘you don didn’t give us an email.Simple of you don’t like working with people don’t work in retail.Just horrible service

Unsatisfactory service
My partner just went there
A Saturday at 1 p.m.
And he wanted to cut his blinds, the lady answered him a while ago. Not enough staff to leave the floor when there are no customers on the floor really disappointed

This is by far the worst Bouclair I've ever been to. They over charged my credit card $300 and it took me 2 weeks to get it back. Unprofessional staff from manager to the cashiers.

I am very disappointed in the service from this location but also the systems and processes in 2 other locations.I went to the Marche Central location and purchased 4 chairs that I had to pick up at a different location in Laval there were none in store. We were told they would be put aside but when we got there, the staff at that store were confused. Eventually they were found. After bringing the chairs home, one of them was not able to be put together as the screws holes did not align.I also decided I wanted 2 more chairs. So I looked for a location that had 3 in stock. The internet said the item could be found at Marche Central. I knew this was not true because we had been there. We saw that this location in Chomedy (very far from home) had 3 in stock. When we got there they only had 1 chair, even though the website said otherwise. I bought this chair.The manager at the store said she could order them to Marche Central close to my house. She said I had to pay in the store. I asked if I could pay when I pick them up. I was told it had to be done there in that store. So I did… I then get the email almost a week later that the chairs arrived. I went to Marche Central and they had no chairs and were confused since there is no way to do inter store orders like that. It turns out they were sent to this very far and inconvenient location. It seems a regular online order was done, and the wrong store location was put in by the employee at this store. I could have done this myself and ordered them correctly.Dealing with 3 locations, defective chairs, misplaced and inaccurate stock, and now chairs I paid a lot of money for being delivered to the wrong location…. This is not the shopping experience I want to deal with again.
