Hello, I wanted to write this review a few months ago. I want to do it anyway. Better late than never!
I was at Seto jewelry store to sell jewelry. It was really pleasant, reassuring and very professional. Mr. Seto took all the time necessary to thoroughly check and evaluate and was very comfortable and warm. To really sell your gold or diamond, it's HERE, you won't leave disappointed!

Excellent service! After buying a chain and a watch over the last year for my mother, I had to go have the chain adjusted to make it smaller, all at no cost...wow! And even with a smile!!

Really very happy with Seto and his team.
They were able to accommodate me quickly, repaired 2 items in record time!
Even more, Seto even took the trouble to fix weaknesses/flaws that I hadn't noticed.
Finally, their prices are very competitive and the customer service (follow-up calls, updates, preparation notification) is impeccable!

This guy is a COMPLETE AH wow. Very rude over the phone I asked for a specific chain, lengh Size Price gave him as much details as I could etc etc. I been searching for a specific franco chain. He said I have 1 in stock come I help you if I have time. I went to the bank get the money drove over 2 hours to get there, when I got there. Seto didnt even said hi to me acting like he was busy with no else one in the store but me.he showed me a complete different chain from what we talked over the phone he said I dont have in stock anymore but this one is nice too.
He was trying to sell me 10 other chains from what we talked not even in the same category I even told him its a 2h drive on the phone so I want to make sure You have what im asking for.
Ended up arguing with him and left the store.
Guy didnt even smiled acted like i was annoying him from when i stepped foot in the store.
Very rude no emotions no smile nothing
I wasted 2 more hours going back home with nothing.
What a wannabe jeweler.
At least treat your client with decent attitude you loser.
