I walked in yesterday after having been recommended to go see them about getting my watch wristband resized and the service was excellent. The gentleman was very kind and even took the time to tell me a little bit about my watch that my uncle handed down to me. He was very kind and I left extremely happy now that I can comfortably wear my new watch on vacation!

I had 3 parts repaired and just a few months later everything broke again. The diamond on my ring fell off, the chain broke again and the ring that my husband had enlarged completely split. So, no, I do not recommend La Mozart jewelry in Rosemère.

Bad service, unprofessional, I went there to change the battery for my watch, it took three weeks, they sent it elsewhere without warning me and they lost it in the meantime. I called three times and they couldn't find my file on their computer. I don't advise anyone to go there.

I went Thursday April 6 with my sisters and a friend of my sisters. One of the salespeople seemed very nervous. I wanted to try on some rings and she let me try two but the rest she tried on herself, that discouraged me from buying these rings which I found overpriced anyway. Then I wanted to see the necklaces. She pushed me to buy one that has nothing to do with the color of the pendant I wanted to buy. Probably because it was more expensive. It prevented me from seeing the price of the necklace even before the final purchase. I ended up with a bill for over $400 for a skinny 10k pendant and a necklace that I didn't know the price of. In the end, I wondered if I hadn't been fooled somewhere. She never told me that it was final sale, I read it on the invoice. They were advertising up to 75% off for Passover and I never knew what merchandise was 75% off on. Ugh, disappointing experience. I would never go there again, because I am not sure of the honesty of the seller.
UPDATE: I had a lot of doubts about the quality of the jewelry I bought from Mozart, so I started doing research on the internet. The pendant and the necklace I found on Etsy for modest sums. I GOT ANARROKED, DON’T GO SHOPPING FOR YOUR JEWELRY THERE, PLEASE!! Save your money and shop for your jewelry from a trusted jeweler.
Update #2: the clasp of the necklace purchased there is not gold, it is metal. If you purchased gold or silver jewelry from Mozart jewelry, do the magnet test. If I could give this jewelry store another rating, it would be zero stars.

Never go to this store. I went there with my friend I bought some earrings for my brother but I wasn't completely sure of my choice so the seller told me it's refundable or exchangeable even my friend was fine heard her. But I made the mistake of not reading the policy on the bill when leaving. I returned a short time later and the madame shouted at me that it was impossible that you had been told refundable and showed me that it was written on the invoice.. I should have read it but it was a lie and a lack of care. professionalism. I advise no one to go to this place.

I'm buying a man's watch.
Didn't work. She changed the battery, tomorrow it doesn't work. Returned to store 2 days after purchase because it was defective. She doesn't want to refund me, only an exchange. I can't find another watch that I like. He sends it to be repaired. Two weeks later still no news. There are 6 days left for Christmas. I return still won't refund me the watch. There I am very afraid of having nothing for Christmas or a problem lemon watch.

I just learned that the Laval branch is closed. I bought a pearl bracelet there, it had to be made smaller when I bought it (the manager told me to come back when I could and that it was included in the price) and now it has closed! She never told me that they were going to be closed. I also had a pair of pearl earrings never received. I imagine I won't have any news from them. To avoid!!!!

I went battery change, they change it but couldnt close my watch and told me to come tomorrow for a simple battery change. When I want it back they just waited me and talk with other customers. Won't reccomend(When I went to Fossil they change it perfectly and cheaper)

This is the worst service ever. Never get serve by Liliane. We bought 2 bracelets and we had to get there 12 times for reparations. 12 TIMES.Don’t loose your time my friend. You’ll loose money and time.
