The customer service is very bad! It is absolutely impossible to call the store back. I called the 1-888 number and they refused to give me the store's phone number.

But what is this rubbish store?
I can't believe there are still people going there. I made the mistake of going there, I came back twice in the same day, both times, the same thing. No service, we ask for help, we are told yes we will serve you in a few minutes, only to end up waiting 45 minutes without anyone coming.
It seems like customer service is dead and no one cares about it anymore! From what I read in the comments, I wouldn't be the only one to have this kind of experience. It might be time to wake up BestBuy!

I am coming in to purchase a specific item that is in stock on the website. 4 employees tell me they don’t know where it is… none of them try to help me.
The 4th points out a 5th employee who is talking to a customer. So I'm going to wait next to the employee. The employee finished with the lady and pretended not to see me, he pushed himself ? I caught up with him and asked him. He doesn't know either, so he goes to see the 2 young people who told me they don't know where it is. Well the 2 little cursed ones answer “yes we know exactly where it is” ? finally 25 minutes in an empty store to buy 1 item that was in the backstore ?

I had a very bad experience with one of the employees at this store. I couldn’t find anyone, so when I saw three guys together, I asked one of them if I could get some headphones. He started laughing at me because I’m a feminine guy. This is so rude, and I won’t go there anymore.

They gave me false information about the insurance and no longer accepts to cancel it. It's a store that is not professional and never recommended.

Terrible service. In store and online. We're completely crazy about the customer. Online purchase no safe drop. The Canada Post guy admits that he left it at the wrong door, Canada Post confirms to me that it is their mistake so Best Buy must reimburse me. I'm waiting for September 28. Every time I contact customer service it's different stories. 1 to 3 days. 5 to 7 days. 7 to 10 days. Total rubbish. I will shop elsewhere now I'm tired of always having to fight.

Lady cashier was rude. Made me wait 10 minutes to pay. Then moved someone ahead of me. Made up imaginary purchase Q limit.
Then warned me to be careful bc if I drop anything, Bestbuy wont refund for damaged items.. intead of heling a paying customer.... avoid this location IN ALL COST?
That is why they got excess inventory... what a SHAME...

Extremely Disappointed with Service at Best Buy Carrefour Laval
I visited the Best Buy at Carrefour Laval today to purchase a pair of AirPods. The price listed on the product was $60, but when I checked out, I was charged around $99 to $100. I approached the supervisor named Normand for clarification, but instead of offering an explanation, he was incredibly rude. He told me to "open my eyes" and scan the QR code, which is unacceptable behavior from any employee, especially in customer service.
Not only was there no clear explanation for the price difference, but the way I was treated was completely disrespectful. This kind of treatment is shocking, and I would not recommend anyone to shop at this location. It’s disappointing that the employees here lack basic courtesy and professionalism.
If you’re shopping at Best Buy, especially this location, be prepared for rude service, and don't expect clear pricing. Very frustrating experience.

Be careful, the seller and his manager do not respect their words. When it comes time to use their Price Satisfaction program, we use what is written on the invoice. In good faith, I agreed to pay an invoice that the two could not write to respect the purchase agreement, but the final amount was the same. After 2 weeks the main purchase comes at a discount and I am only given half as a refund. This is disappointing for a company of this size.
