I am deeply disappointed by the after-sales service at BBQ Québec in Laval. I have been a customer of this store for 8 years, I acquired a Smoker for $2200, convinced of investing in a quality product. Unfortunately, the smoker was defective after 6 days of delivery.
I was hoping for a minimum of support after a 6 day purchase, but it is impossible for me to speak to a manager, because I am told that I must wait for the seller Thomas to return from vacation. Subsequently, the latter wastes my time by claiming that I would be contacted if the manager was willing to accommodate me for the defective part, but no response from him. It's no surprise that they closed four stores earlier this year, this business seems to have become an empty shell.
Luckily after my own efforts, I received excellent support from the smokehouse company, and I am currently waiting for replacement parts. I strongly recommend that you make your purchases in large stores to avoid this type of experience at Chez BBQ Québec.

Moderately Satisfied. I entered specifying that I was looking for a plate for my Napoleon Freestyle 365. The employee suggested the BBQ QC half moon in stainless steel but it does not fit perfectly in my BBQ. Every time I lift the BBQ door it gets stuck. It might be necessary to have several dimensions because I cannot say that it is a universal plate. Disappointed for $135...
