I'm a little disappointed because I went on May 12 for Mother's Day where there was a 3 for 3 promo. I placed an order for over $600. I told the cashier that if 1 was missing product to have 3 freebies or if free product was missing that I had the right to tell myself. When I got home I realized that I was entitled to 3 free products in addition to what I wasn't told. I wrote to customer services and I didn't get a response. If I had bought only 3 products I would have been told that I was entitled to 3 more free products, which I heard several times during my visit... I will think twice before buying go spend so much money...

It was my first time at this location and I was very pleased with my experience. The staff is so nice and helpful!! Had a great experience with one friendly employee Kaileigh who helped me find everything I was looking for and offered great suggestions.

Besides the issue of having seasonal products and fragrances very attractive that I consider not all of them should be seasonal the variety always compensate the missing ones. Good thing the do have offers that allows one to get enough of those you like until the season is back.

I went to Carrefour Laval for Boxing Day around 5:30 p.m. The people who work at Bath & Body Work decided to close their store!!!!Wow really not professional of them suppose who had a lack of management!!!

The advertising that says buy three and get 3 free is a lie because in fact it's just a 50% reduction on the item. For example, the $17.50 item costs $8.75 and the condition is to buy 3 to be entitled to 3 others at the same price. There is no free!!!!!!!!It is better to use correct and clear slogans.

Addiction !! :) candles are amazing quality but i wouldn't pay 27$ cause I know they go for 11.50 or 15.50 but thats just my budget :)!

Their new location is way too small. Queue to get in and customers push like animals once inside. Otherwise, the employees are all super nice and smiling.
