Two days ago I went to get my upper ear pierced at Arabella's at Carrefour Laval. I was served by Sitara who offered me superb hygienic, fast and efficient service. She was super friendly and clearly knew what she was doing. She helped me arrange my earrings and showed me how to take care of them. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you Sitara!!! <3

Every time I stop by Arabella the employees are always so helpful. I was in a rush to buy a gift and Carine took her time to help me go through all my options and I ended up getting a beautiful necklace. Without a doubt, I can always depend on the Arabella team to help me in my time of need.

There are some beautiful items but the quality is not quite there compared to the price (the silver rod bends with little pressure).Customer service also needs to be reviewed. The saleswoman told me that the earrings come with a silver clasp but when I got home I only found the plastic ones. To sympathize I told her that I preferred the plastic ones because they held better and she withdrew them from sale without even asking me. I called her to find out why they weren't there and she told me that she didn't understand and that she was going to call the manager to see, following my request, if they could send them to me. She calls me back and tells me that it's a new collection after all and that I have to pay $5 for each of the clasps if I want one.I feel like I've thrown my money out the window.

I received incredible service from Myriam. She was incredibly kind, had a pleasant attitude and a radiant smile. I hadn't noticed how late it was and made no comment to me about the fact that they were minutes away from closing. She stayed later than usual operating hours to let me choose the jewelry I wanted.
I found exactly what I was looking for at an incredible price.
I highly recommend this little jewelry store!
