There’s an older woman who works there that is really rude and unprofessional. I had to put an item back as I was sorting through everything I was going to buy and I placed a sweater in “the wrong section” and there had been an older woman working and was staring me down, watching my every move. When I placed a sweater off to the side, she was rude and told me to go put the item back where I found it. I would understand if it was a frozen food item but it was just a sweater. I also work retail and I would NEVER give attitude to a customer and tell them to put the item back themselves. I would simply take it for them and put it away, because I work there and I have good customer service skills. I avoid this location because that lady made me very uncomfortable and I couldn’t believe how rude she was to me over something so silly. Didn’t know she was the giant tiger item security…

Incredible staff, cashier dedicated to their work, very good store management. The grocery department is always on top thanks to the grocery clerks and assistant manager

Unhelpful weekend manager, apathetic,
and rude....no customer service skills what so ever. Escalates situation rather than de-esculate. A lesson in customer service warranted, (important to note, its customers that pay his salary)
After error on the stores part, perhaps an apology and an attempt to make amends would have gone along way....time for him to find a job where he may be better suited, because customer satisfaction is not his forte.

I really like the Giant Tiger...I always find beautiful clothes at very competitive prices....also for home accessories...they have special food vouchers...I have always been good served and the store was very inviting because the marketing was very appreciated...but for some time...I don't know what's happening but there is a let go...I see ladies working and others who don't do too much
(cellular?) There are no racks to display all these beautiful things...which would make shopping more pleasant! I want this branch to stay open!

What is there to not love about a place that sells boxes of frozen toast, who have instructions to remove the bread from the box, and..er... Place the slice in a toaster.This place is the best of the best. Nothing beats it. Nothing.
