Despite occasionally experiencing slightly longer wait times, the service at TD Bank has always been excellent. The staff is professional, helpful, and consistently goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. Overall, I've had a positive experience every time I visit.

Terrible branch staff i been standing here since last 30 mint only 4 people were ahead of me they are 5 of working and first counter hes talking with customer since last 20 mints buddy just work and take next person everybody has their own work to do

TD branch newman employee dnt have enough knowledge , they very rude, i have account since 2017 , I went there to cash my cheque , they didn’t give me money , i feel they racis with me .

I had good experiences with the investment team. Mr Otto, Vahan, and Ravi.
I mean of course I would like more hand holding doing these trades but overall the guys were giving me all the best advice they could within company policy?

Very very terrible service i went to the branch for the appointment with the steven guioni i waited for the 30 minutes there nobody greet the customer and he never showed up

Poor service. They are slow, not efficient and on top of that there are always too few cashiers and a lot of waiting. Especially since almost all their communications are in English as on their website even though we are in Quebec. Nothing to do with the service we receive at Desjardins, which is much better.

Terrible ! I came to the branch without an appointment with the manager. They told me to wait, I sat for 20 minutes, all the managers got up and left to celebrate something. I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for them to celebrate!2 hours later I found out that the managers were having a meeting! it was impossible to say right away. Every time I come and every time there are problems, the managers are not qualified, you need to go to the main thing. then wait like this, I lost 2 hours ? thanks for the cashiers telling me that the managers wouldn’t be there for a long time

Probably the WORST branch. Such a busy branch, and yet the wickets are always empty. But there’s always staff walking around. Just spent 38 minutes for a simple deposit. What ever happened to the business wicket?Terrible services and keeps getting worse
