Poor service. They are slow, not efficient and on top of that there are always too few cashiers and a lot of waiting. Especially since almost all their communications are in English as on their website even though we are in Quebec. Nothing to do with the service we receive at Desjardins, which is much better.

Terrible ! I came to the branch without an appointment with the manager. They told me to wait, I sat for 20 minutes, all the managers got up and left to celebrate something. I’ve been sitting here for 2 hours waiting for them to celebrate!2 hours later I found out that the managers were having a meeting! it was impossible to say right away. Every time I come and every time there are problems, the managers are not qualified, you need to go to the main thing. then wait like this, I lost 2 hours ? thanks for the cashiers telling me that the managers wouldn’t be there for a long time

Probably the WORST branch. Such a busy branch, and yet the wickets are always empty. But there’s always staff walking around. Just spent 38 minutes for a simple deposit. What ever happened to the business wicket?Terrible services and keeps getting worse

Never enough employees especially at peak hours. Lines are long & never ending. Service is slow & it’s beyond frustrating. It’s always the same, you would think they would know by now & try to make the process for their customers as quick and efficient as possible.

Cahiers seems to be very interested in talking with people while the queue gets longer and longer. But certainly young males keep the cashiers entertained. People that sold perfume are trained to be there, but it would be great if they could tell them something about process engineering. You know, like an army that needs to tame the beast of "6 customers waiting", before it comes to "18 customer waiting". Process engineering first, perfume second, and exchange the phone numbers so you can meet your young male customers in the starbucks just in front.

Locks the gate 10 minutes before close. Too bad so sad for the people rushing from work to the bank when they close at 6pm.

Always a huge line… I’ve seen clients storm out due to horrible frustration waiting in line. Although the workers seem good, management needs to step up their game and get the proper number of people working behind the desk to serve the huge line of people waiting… Wanna get Covid… Come here and wait in line.

This review is not about this branch but for the whole TD bank's customer service....I called the customer service number they picked it up after like 20-25 mins ...then I asked them to please direct me to the department who handles fraudulent matters the employee said I'm transferring your call to the fraud department it'll just take hardly a minute.... but as u can see I didn't waited for a minute but for a WHOLE HOUR !!!!!!!!....even after the hour I was not connected to the department and I got frustrated and hung up the call. I didn't find any other place to write a review so I did it here.... I hope this review reaches to the bank and they show concern about these long waiting periods as the customers are not sitting idle they too have work or stuff to do...Thanks.

I see a lot of reviews about employees being rude here. I had a similar experience in this branch. I came to Montreal 7 years back as a student and when I went to open my account the lady asked me why am I in Canada. "Your country does not have programs like this?" This was her question. The painful appointment session was kind of harassment for me. I has two passports with me - one expired and one current. The stupid employee almost tried to accuse me of fraud because she didn't realise that a passport can expire. I made her realise that! After that I banked with this branch for 7 years without an issue. After banking with them for 7 years I went there for a line of credit and they offered me 16% interest rate despite having a very good credit score. I was suspicious about the rate and talked with another bank who offered me 6.9%. Seriously!!!!! I moved my salary account from this horrible branch. I am unpleasantly amazed and disappointed with the way they treat their customers.
