Very unprofessional! There is absolutely no star.
I walked in to the store with my baby to buy a gift for my mom, I choosed a top on promotion and I asked the sales person to give me the size Large, so because I was busy with my baby I didn’t check the size by myself and just trust her, But I asked her to make sure the size is L, she said yes it is.
when I left the store just 1 hour after I check the size and I found out it was 16(XL), so I go back to change it to the size L, she said they don’t have and this is large not XL.
I said The size 16 can’t be large, I asked for the refund, she didn’t accept, I asked to talk to the manager,
I explained to the manager the story and I told her that I’m so mad because her employee lied to me to sale.
But The manager didn’t accept the refund either when I insisted she told me you are rude! 😳😡
That’s the way she answered to a client!
