Se sont des gens sympathiques quand on les connais mieux... Léo (le fils), est la personne ressource à qui s'adresser, car le père n'est pas un diplomate, alors là pas du tout, avec les clients non de son école...

a horrible experience.
I had my tires changed with the garage, the gentleman told me to bring my car back the next day at 8 a.m. He asked me to leave my car and he will call me as soon as it's done, returned to 3 p.m., I still haven't had a call, I called the garage and he told me yes you can come because it's already done, made payment, he told me that two of me could be punctured and he had to repair them before installing them, he charged me $40 more for repairing the tires. I asked him for a proper invoice and he told me that he didn't have any. I didn't make a fuss but I paid what was due.
15 days later, the tires of my car were making abnormal noises, I realized by looking at them that almost all the studs were not closed properly, I could turn them with my hands without keys. I am came back to the garage telling him that you didn't close my tires properly, he told me straight away that he never saw me and it wasn't him who changed my tires. luckily I paid by card and I had the name of his garage on the bank statement, then he told me that it could be his fault after 15 days. I don't find him at all professional and I could have had an accident. I don't Do not recommend this garage. If I could give 0 stars I would have put it.

I stopped by on Monday to check with my son if he could change my winter tires and to check the CHECK ENGINE which had been on for a few weeks. The father called me to tell me that there was a lot of oil shortage. In addition, it was necessary to change the part that holds the wheels. I ask him how much, he tells me $100-200. I say OK. He called me 30 minutes later to tell me that more parts needed to be added. I ask him how much it will cost. He told me, in total, $400. I give him permission to carry out the repairs. The son called me 3 hours and 30 minutes later to tell me that my car was ready. I arrive and the father comes to join me at the counter and gives me the bill. A bill for $1,400....I tell him you told me $400.. no no he replies in his basic French. This is not the first time that I have had communication problems with the father due to his basic French. I tell the son I would never have authorized a $1,400 spend on a 2012 Sonic...it's not even worth that. THIS IS THE LAST TIME I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS BUSINESS. I also suggested to the son that he should not make calls through his father who has questionable pronunciation. VERY DISAPPOINTED
