Poor service. The old man in the store bent my Armani watch trying to change the battery and when he saw he couldn't open it, he asked if anyone had tried before. Now I'll have to pay for two services: changing the battery and unbending my watch. If he didn't know how or didn't have the right tool, why did he try?

One of the worst services from the elderly man. I think his name is George. He will basically insult you if you dont buy anything. Avoid at all costs please!!!!

❌❌❌❌❌❌Incompetent workers, I bought earrings there, they said that it was a real emerald, at the end when I paid for the purchase I saw that they did not supply a paper with a guarantee to my question where is this paper they answered that they have been working for 25 years and they have no guarantees we must trust them for their word, I took these earrings and went to check them to a specialist, to my regret they were synthetic stones, synthetic stones!!!!???, I returned them back, however, who wants to buy something, I absolutely do not advise you !!!!! Worst jewelry store‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌

The service was excellent. I got a tissot prx automatic for $875. Of course i could have saved about $50-$75 online elsewhere but i got it adjusted on the spot as well as a seiko which i originally went there for (they didn't charge me for adjusting both watches). They loose 5 stars because of the dishonest tactics they use. The lady tells me its $875 plus tax but "ill ask my boss if we could do no tax" they conveniently slip the receipt in the box. I get home, the tax was already included in the price. Jesus, i know its a mall but the price was already fine, lying to my face makes you loose clients. They really should smarten up and look at their negative reviews. I mean that honestly as a piece of advice for them.

They behave very rudely to customers.

If you ask them for anything that they don’t have they behave rudely with you and try to show you if you can not afford anything with high budget. I asked him for 23k gold jewellery and he asked me rudely if I could pay for that. Why not man! If I am asking you that means I am interested in buying no matter how much it’s gonna cost me. Never judge anyone if you don’t know anything about them.

Bought my wedding band there. Pat served us. He really knew his stuff. We picked the ring up today. They also cleaned my engagement ring. I am extremely happy with everything and I highly recommend this store.
